Ishna is the brainchild of Ciaran Nagle of The Three Irish Tenors and American violinist/vocalist Tara Novak. It is Celtic Rock taken to an entirely new and different level, fusing the passion and musical line of the classical genre with the honesty and depth of Irish traditional music and the drive of today’s hottest grooves. From jigs to reels to ballads to arias, this is a musical experience not to be missed!

New arrangements and compositions have been written by Tara Novak, Ciaran Nagle and David Wray and are brought to life by a band of some of Ireland’s finest musicians including Paul Byrne on Drums, Paul Moore on Bass, John O’Brien on Uilleann pipes and David Wray on Key’s.

Ciaran Nagle founding member of the Three Irish Tenors and producer of Druid has won much global acclaim for his performance style and is recognized as one of Ireland leading vocalists.

American violinist Tara Novak (electric and acoustic violin) has been performing around the globe with world renowned stars including Rod Steward and Mannheim Steamroller. Her Violectra five-string Electric violin has been custom made and is the only one of its kind in Ireland.
