In the heart of Georgian Dublin City Centre is Number 31. Guests will feel instantly at home in this hidden jewel of Georgian Dublin.

Number 31 is one of the most beloved boltholes in Georgian Dublin City Centre, renowned for personal service, top notch breakfast and luxuriously laid-back atmosphere.

Number 31 is an oasis of peace and quiet, hidden behind a high creeper-clad wall, right on the city’s Georgian Mile. A popular choice for design enthusiasts, here light colour and texture all combine in a gentle ambiance of peace and calm. The combination of spacious and supremely comfortable accommodation, warm hospitality, an exceptional location and Number 31’s renowned breakfast has made here a destination of choice for many a seasoned traveller and sealed its reputation as serving the Best Breakfast in Dublin among those in the know. No surprise it was awarded Georgina Campbell’s 2017 Guesthouse of the Year.

What makes Number 31 a truly unique experience is its combination of a classical Georgian townhouse and a stunning modernist mews joined by a secret garden. Each of the 21 ensuite bedrooms reflects this, through an exciting use of light, colour and texture. Every room is fitted with luxurious Hastens beds, pillows and duvets and finished off with stunning linens from Matteo.

Remarkable features include an unassuming entrance which opens up into a welcoming area with its famed sunken lounge, with leather seating, open fire and artistic touches, which, if popular myth were to be believed, was graced by many famous names in Dublin’s swinging sixties.

WiFi internet access is available and a small iron and ironing board is also available on request. Each room is provided with a multichannel television, fresh Irish spring water, VOYA Irish toiletries, a hairdryer, safe and direct dial telephone.

Treasures of the National Museum, Library and Gallery, Trinity College and Dublin's many fine restaurants are all easily reached from this luxury guesthouse.
