Irish cellist Ailbhe McDonagh will perform two of Bach's Solo Cello Suites at the United Arts Club on Wednesday 22 November at 19:30. Ailbhe will also give an introductory talk on these majestic works.

Experience these captivating and expressive compositions written for solo cello and performed by Ailbhe McDonagh at the intimate surroundings of the United Arts Club's historic Georgian townhouse.

The programme includes two solo cello suites written by Johann Sebastian Bach:

Suite No. 1 in G major, BWV 1007

Suite No. 6 in D major, BWV 1012

Additionally, Ailbhe will provide an intro talk on the iconic baroque cello pieces composed by the masterful Bach over three centuries ago.
