Want to master the art of bread making? No better place than to enjoy and learn then here at Airfield!

Join our team, lead by Chef Lisa for one of our 4hr masterclasses working with bread. In this four hour session, you'll cover the step-by-step process of different bread techniques and a variety of recipes.

Each session will be followed by a seasonal soup lunch using ingredients from Airfield Estate's Farm and Gardens. During this advanced four hour session, we'll cover the differences between dried and fresh yeast.

You will make Japanese milk bread rolls, foccacia and cinnamon buns.

Included is a light lunch of seasonal soup using ingredients from Airfield Estate's farm and gardens.
