Blackrock Park is a pleasant green area overlooking Dublin Bay, in Blackrock, County Dublin, and boasts a well equipped children's playground, cycle path, sports area, exercise area, picnic area, gardens and trees. The gardens feature a bee & butterfly garden, a sensory garden, herb garden, wildflower meadow and a home composting demonstration site.
The picturesque pond contains a small island where swans can regularly been seen. The Peace Fountain in the pond was constructed in 1986 to mark International Year for Peace.
Facilities include free parking and public toilets. Easy to access via the DART to Blackrock Station.
Blackrock Market takes place on weekends, 11am-5.30pm at 19a Main St, Blackrock village, nearby.
