This event will focus on crafting a delicious, seasonal brunch menu paired with a cocktail at our brand new Courtyard Kitchen

Our menu champions local producers and seasonal ingredients from Fingal. This morning offers a wonderful opportunity to gather and enjoy the art of hospitality, with cooking demonstrations by Kelly, hosting tips from Hazel, and tablescaping combined with the history of dining customs presented by Aoife.

Central to this event, and all our gatherings, is a deep appreciation for Irish country house hospitality, history, and heritage, which are values we hold dear at Whitestown House and Newbridge house.
