About this event

Did you know that the Museum has a hand bell believed to have been used by St. Patrick? Join our drop-in workshop to learn about the use of hand bells in early medieval Ireland and the life of our patron saint, St. Patrick.

Using a template and card, you can create and decorate your own early medieval hand bell, inspired by the one thought to have belonged to St. Patrick. Don't forget to visit the Treasury Exhibition to see St. Patrick’s Bell and Bell Shrine, and find the many other hand bells on display throughout the Museum.

No booking required. Located in the Learning Resource Room, First Floor. Not wheelchair accessible.
