Exciting natural ingredients on your doorstep are waiting to be discovered by your guests, with the help of Stillgardens’ expert gardener and forager. This fully guided experience where guests are shown how to identify new and unusual botanicals on your land, which can then be used to create their very own bespoke recipe Gin or flavoured Vodka.

Guests begin by exploring the grounds foraging for their ingredients. They will be fully guided by experts to assist them in finding some new and unusual flavours. Guests also partake in a fully guided gin tasting event which includes a welcome drink, a Stillgarden Irish Spritz and the opportunity to try a selection of Stillgarden Gins.
