Join instructor Mary Dowling for this special session designed to embrace the essence of yoga through a series of gentle poses that aim to enhance your flexibility and build strength.

This inclusive event is perfect for participants of all levels, from beginners to more experienced practitioners, looking to deepen their practice. We will practice outdoors in the Rooftop Garden (weather permitting) or in the museum’s Lecture Theatre.

€12 per person. Limited to 10 participants, booking required.

Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you might need, warm clothes and a blanket. We will be practising bare foot.
