Glasshouse Ensemble: Andy Warhol

About this event
In 1966 Andy Warhol became The Velvet Underground’s manager and the band served as a ‘house band’ at his studio, The Factory. They went on to produce some of the most iconic music of the era, encapsulating a time and a vision which has influenced music from the avant garde to mainstream popular music. They are delighted to present these songs in the surroundings of the exhibition.
Adrian Crowley – vocals, Ellie O’Neill – vocals, Naoise Dack – violin/viola, Mary Barnecutt – cello, Luke Howard – keyboards, Yuzuha O’Halloran – saxophones, Dylan Lynch – percussion
