About this event
Whether it’s coffee, meditation, catching up with the girls, mimosas, and/ or all of the above let them facilitate a joyous morning. Start your morning with guided meditation and ease your mind & body into a new day!
Stefania Ceolin, a psychotherapist, a Yogi, a life coach will lead the session and then deliver bite-sized nuggets of knowledge on ‘Exploring your true potential’ guaranteed to inspire...
Expect a few surprises and the ladies of the castle will be paid homage to in some guise. If these walls could talk! Scandalous, fabulous, and always inspiring.
You’ll end the morning with tea/coffee/mimosas/croissants/danishes and exciting spot prizes to bring an extra feeling of celebration!
