Skies Behind are a fully independent alternative rock band from Cork, Ireland. The band released a series of singles in 2023 which underline the band’s bangers only mentality.

These releases were supported by the trio’s first ever Irish tour in March/April 2023 which saw them playing packed out gigs in venues such as Whelan’s upstairs in Dublin, Cork’s Cyprus Avenue, McHugh’s in Belfast and Aras na Gael in Galway.

The band draw their influences from acts such as Biffy Clyro, Foo Fighters, Pillow Queens, Lower than Atlantis, etc. Skies Behind is Dan Sheedy (Vocals and Rhythm guitar), Joe Clarke (Drums) and Richard Brett (Lead Guitar).
