Join in at Chester Beatty with a Sound Bath Meditation session led by Sarah Douglas on Saturday 27 January 2024.

A sound bath is an immersive wellness practice. The sound of melodic and percussive instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, drums and vocals, will guide you through a deeply meditative experience designed to release stress and fatigue.

Please bring your own yoga mat, warm clothes, and a blanket/pillow for comfort.

Sat 27 January at 13:00 or 15:15. Each session lasts 1 hour.

€16 per person. Limited to 12 participants, booking required.
