Tailor-Made Tours has specialised in walking tours and holidays in Ireland from 2001, providing memorable walking and hiking itineraries on Ireland's national walking routes and waymarked ways. The company also organises independent walking holidays based in eight locations around Ireland.

Itineraries can be compiled for visitors based on their requests, including transport, accommodation and guides. Self guided driving and sightseeing holidays for individuals and small groups countrywide can also be arranged.

All levels of walker are catered for and participants can enjoy incredible scenery, warm Irish hospitality and quality accommodation. This is a chance to experience quiet villages, small laneways, beautiful scenery, colourful wildlife and history.

Whatever your age, experience or fitness level there is a walking holiday to suit. Each tour is graded to give you an idea of how strenuous it is. For the not so keen, walker tours can be tailored to combine a mixture of walking, driving and biking. Whatever itinerary you want, it can be put together.

For those looking for a specialised walking holiday or hiking vacation, walking tours of between five and 12 days are available on the Irish national waymarked ways. All of these self guided walking tours are fully customisable to your own requirements.

On a self guided tour, daily walks range from 10km to 25km per day (4-8 hours). You can walk alone or with a group of friends. With colour Ordnance Survey maps to cover your route, you should have no problem finding your way. You choose when to go and for how long. It is easy to combine two routes to make a longer walking holiday.

Accommodation is organised in guesthouses and hostelries.
