What: The Big Scream NEIC Halloween Community Festival When: Tuesday 22nd October – Thursday 31st October Where: North East Inner City, Dublin Admission: FREE

The Big Scream Festival is an annual multi-day event held in Dublin’s North East Inner City, running from the 22nd to 31st October. The Big Scream is an initiative which aims to foster community engagement through fun activities and workshops for all ages from pre-schoolers to senior citizens; pets included!

While all events are free, some require a pre-registration of your attendance via the link on our website.

The Big Scream Festival reaches a Finale on 31st October with a big Halloween celebration in Diamond Park, Sean McDermott Street, Royal Canal Greenway and Commons Street.

The Big Scream is brought to you by NEIC (North East Inner City), Dublin City Council, and the community.
