Edi Nunes is a talented Brazilian musician who has been mastering the cavaquinho since her teenage years. Kevin Shortall, born to a Brazilian mother and Irish father, grew up immersed in the musical traditions of both countries.

Edi Nunes honed her skills in choro and cavaquinho at the Conservatory of Popular Brazilian Music in Curitiba and has performed with samba groups in Curitiba and Dublin. Edi is passionate about the classics of samba, traditional Brazilian music, and bossa nova. She strives to showcase Brazilian cultural richness by honoring the samba composers and songs that defined an era.

Kevin Shortall, born to a Brazilian mother and Irish father, grew up immersed in the music of both countries. He has been awarded a full scholarship for the MA in Irish Traditional Music Performance at UL. He is actively involved in various musical genres across Brazil and has collaborated with renowned choro and samba musicians such as Pedro Amorim and Leo Miranda.
