The Gin School Experience

During this two-hour gin experience, our in-house experts will guide you through the history of gin and how it came to be one of the most popular drinks of the 21 Century.

Throughout this sensory experience, you will develop a greater understanding of the perfect botanicals before putting your miniature copper pot-still to work. While your mini pot still is bubbling away, local seasonal bites will be served and paired with our signature Ha’Penny and Míl Gin cocktails.

Once your unique gin is ready, you will get the opportunity to check the alcohol strength, gaining approval from our in-house experts. You will then seal the 70cl bottle before adding a personalised label, ready to enjoy at home.
