The Lark in the Afternoon- Caitlín Nic Gabhann & Ciarán Ó Maonaigh

Caitlín Nic Gabhann three-time All-Ireland champion on Concertina has performed all around the world including the Cork Opera House and The National Concert Hall. She has toured the world with Riverdance and has performed with the RTÉ Vanbrugh Quartet and Liam Ó Maonlaí. Recently she performed at the Royal Albert Hall, as a guest of President Michael D. Higgins.

Ciarán Ó Maonaigh is a recipient of TG4 Young Musician of the Year. Ciaráns first album ‘The Music of the Glen’ was released in 2004. He is also a member of the band Fidil and his music has been used in film and television including the award-winning short film Noreen starring Brendan Gleeson.
